We will honor two of the Outstanding Republicans in Cleveland County with the Lifetime Achievement Award and the Outstanding Service Award. Please make plans for March 11th to help us honor the top Republicans in Cleveland County.
Special guest speaker will be: Chad Alexander, one of Oklahoma's most prominent political consultants, former campaign manager for JC Watts, former Chairman of the Oklahoma Republican Party, will talk about politics in Oklahoma and nationally. He is currently a Partner in Majority Designs,who are currently involved in over 80 Republican campaigns in 5 States in the 2010 election cycle.
Also speaking is Tim Lashar, President of Lasher Home Comfort Systems. Tim walked on to the football team at the University of Oklahoma in 1982 and left the school as one of the most prolific kickers in Sooner history. A record- setting performance in the 1986 Orange Bowl led him to Most Valuable Player honors and helped the Sooners capture the 1985 National Championship with their victory over Penn State. To date he is the only place-kicker to ever be named an MVP of the Orange Bowl. Tim played in the NFL for both the Los Angeles Rams and Chicago Bears. Tim will speak about team work and winning.
